I’ve just discovered your blog, and have already bookmarked several of your recipes to try! The homemade Larabars look especially delicious
I could have sworn I got an apple/peanut butter muffin recipe from your site, but now…I can’t find it. Am I losing my mind? haha
You should write a cookbook with all of your healthy recipes and with all of your baked goods for your bakery! It would sell like crazy if they continue to be as great as these!
Okay, so I have the best recipe for a guilt-free chocolate shake! I kid you not this tastes exactly like a chocolate milk-shake, and it’s raw and vegan
Guilt-free chocolate milk-shake
*Water from one thai coconut (approx 8 oz.)
*2 Tbsp raw cocoa
*1.5 frozen banana
*4 drops liquid stevia
*4 ice cubes
*tsp maca powder (optional)
*shake cinnamon
*shake cayenne powder
I have about 1 every other day (when I buy my coconuts) – it’s crazy good.

Hi Angela, I’ve been reading your blog for a few months and love it! I’ve now convinced my husband and 7 year old son to drink green monsters with me almost every morning. I tried a new salad dressing this week, and I thought of you. It’s a ginger-carrot dressing in the GOOP newletter by Gwyneth Paltrow, and it was also featured on smitten kitchen. So, so good. I even used it in a wrap with edamame dip, yum. Just thought I would spread the word. Keep up the great site!

Tonight my husband and I had some of your homemade chocolate raisins…messy fingers and all. I’ve been eating VOO periodically for months now with the banana soft serve or just mixing in some peanut or almond butter. Then there are the green monsters. I never would have tried one of those if it wasn’t for your convincing posts! Now I was looking through your recipes to find your beet/carrot/lemon/ginger juice recipe. I was going to get the juicer out of the pantry and give it a try tomorrow morning before hiking a small mountain with my girlfriend.

You’re website has changed my life! I’m a mom of 3 and I’ve struggled to feed my kids healthy things they like. I am not vegan, but I have loved every recipe I have tried. My kids have liked several of the things I’ve made from your recipes including green monsters which I try to give them daily. I also make your healthy muffins to give my kids healthy snacks on the go. i just put several in a zipper bag and freeze them. They are perfect for school lunches! I’ve been eating the green monsters for about 6 months now and have noticed a big change in my appearance. My body craves them if I don’t get it daily. They are also great for a quick meal, on the go, so I don’t miss a meal. I could go on and on.

I just found your blog and you are an inspiration. I suffered and am currently trying to battle an eating disorder (restricting/binging). I have been on every diet imaginable (still on Weight Watchers and trying to get off) but still am a bit heavy. I started to read Intuitive Eating and it brought hope and inspiration to me. Your website reflects the journey I hope to go on, which is one to recovery and a healthy lifestyle.
