Hey Guys, I make this delicious VEGAN Jam roly poly and I want to share the recipe with all of you. Here it is :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5gQanowl8s
Hi Angela! Love your blog and so much appreciate all the wonderful recipes. It is so wonderful to have someone creating delicious vegan food for which no explanations have to be made because they are just plain delicious as well as healthy. I am a southerner who loves pecan pie for the holidays. It is very much a southern tradition, but it certainly is not a healthy or vegan one. Would you consider creating a vegan version which eliminates the eggs, butter and awful corn syrup? You have no idea how much I would appreciate a recipe or advice.
Hi Wendy, that is definitely something I’ll have to keep in mind for the future!! Love that idea. :) Happy holidays to you!
