SGBC helped me reach my potential because of the schedule/structure. I have really enjoyed all the related posts and discussions. This was a nice summer activity that boosted reader camaraderie!
SGBC really helped me to start learning how to appreciate all that my body does for me. it made me realize how much pain and suffering i have put it through, yet it still stays strong and presses foward. it was a real eye opener to how beautiful and powerful our bodies are.
Thanks OSG!!
WOW! That is an AWESOME giveaway! Amazing Grass has changed the way I look at breakfast – now to include veggies instead of just grains (oatmeal) and yogurt and fruit. Thanks, Angela!

What a great giveaway!!
I really loved how the SGBC emphasized loving the person you are and the body you have. It’s much easier to focus on exercising and eating healthy foods when you simply enjoy how it makes you feel, rather than focusing on losing weight!
Thanks for organzing the SGBC! I hope there are many more to come. :)
Cheap answer, but I truly enjoy all of your posts and I think you always bring up very helpful topics to discuss!
I really enjoyed all the posts but especially the core moves because I’ve been blah on my core moves lately . Great ideas to mix it up!
Thanks for the summer challenge. As someone training for my first half marathon in a few weeks, I really enjoyed the posts on fueling workouts but also staying motivated. Great advice!
SGBC has taught me that it is easy to fit in little bits of exercise that add up to make a big difference! The post Learning to Love the Journey really spoke to me as well. Thanks, Angela! You are really changing the world for the better!
I began the summer challenge with a quiet life…and then suddenly I was engaged and moving into a new condo that we closed on. Life erupted in an amazing way but also in a way that makes it very easy to forget about your own priorities and goals. Having SGBC helped me set small, measurable goals each day to keep my fitness routine together and also gave me the opportunity to learn more about caring for myself and those around me!
Thank you!
Jenn
I loved SGBC because it helped to motivate me. My workouts were becoming a bit dull, but now I feel refreshed and revitalized.
SGBC has inspired me to get healthy and try new things. I love the boot camp and am on board with the Green Monster Movement. Thanks for bringing us all together!
Okay, this is going to sound silly, but the SGBC has made me start doing planks again. I loathe this exercise more than anything else. But I feel so accomplished when I hit a record for time holding a plank! Even the small achievements are worth celebrating :)
SGBC has taught me that you do not need to work out 24/7 to be healthy. Our bodies require REST!
I’ve learned so much about the importance of listening to and loving your body.
I am inspired to listen to my body more!
Hi Angela!
This challenge taught me to become more FOCUSED with my body. I am able to balance between exercies, food, and enjoyment of life!
This challenge was REALLY good for me. I loved all the different workouts that you guys showed on the blog. Thanks for everything!
SGBC has inspired me to walk little bit MORE everyday. I also learned NEW recipes. YUM.
Loved the no makeup post. I always had a hard time going without it. Now though, I couldn’t care less. I will go anywhere and everywhere without it. Once you feel confident and beautiful on the inside – you don’t need that extra stuff. I do still wear it, by the way, I just feel like I can’t go out without it anymore. Getting there was a big breakthrough for me.
I think it has definitely inspired me to look at my body as a great tool and not just something to look at. Sometimes I get so discouraged because I don’t look how I think I should, but SGBC has helped with that!
