GOODLUCK TO ALL AND TO ALL A FABULOUS FRIDAY!!!!! :D

SGBC has impacted my thoughts the most this month. I started to evaluate how I view myself and I need to get rid of my negative side. I am so much stronger from all the strength moves too! I always struggle with ‘real’ pushups. I think that all the ab work has really improved my form!
SGBC has made me appreciate myself for who I am.. losing the “last 2 pounds” won’t make me happier, I WILL make me happier!!
Thanks so much!
I think I enjoy how ‘real’ you are the most in all your posts. Especially when you had your post-race slump – I’ve had that SO many times, and it’s so encouraging to know what WE’RE NOT ALONE. I thought, wow, it’s a struggle to exercise even for Ange, which makes it somehow more bearable when we go through it. Thanks for keeping it real! I just hope I have the strength to get through my next slump like you!
The post “Dear Body” REALLY affected me. I struggle everyday with how I feel about my body but once I read that post, I decided it was time to really re-think it. I am beautiful, strong, and my body is a precious thing. I realize this and must remind myself of this on a daily basis, but the post really helped me to re-incorporate that into my life!
I enjoyed the community aspect of this. It’s easier/more fun to workout with people, even if it is remotely as with SGBC. Thanks for hosting this!
Oh, and I twittered as well. :)
The SGBC has kept me accountable throughout July and is especially helpful since I am getting married in a few months. I feel great and since the challenge, from the various posts, etc I have thought more about the impact food and exercise have on my overall well-being. I love my GM’s! I am also a new fan of Chia seeds and Amazing Grass. That prize is awesome!
The SGBC has shown me that I should love my body for the amazing things it can do and does for me, and not worry so much about the last few vanity pounds that I think I need to lose. I am so much more appreciative of my body now, thanks Angela!
What an AMAZING giveaway! The SGBC articles has helped me so much in my thought processes about myself, about food, about life, and about others. This is the first summer that I have felt confident enough to wear sundresses and shorts… and GO SWIMSUIT SHOPPING!!! Whaaa?! REALLY?! I am SERIOUSLY healthier than I have ever been in my life. IN MY WHOLE LIFE. My hair is starting to grow long and strong, my nails are growing like weeds (I thank the GMs for that one!), my skin is beginning to clear up, and I’M IN TO A SIZE 6!!! It’s amazing. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE (I can’t say that enough) to try the Amazing Grass products. Hearing you and other bloggers rave about them has sparked my interest soooo much! I’ve just started getting into the greens thing, and my husband has started to show an interest in them as well (which is almost like a ‘when pigs fly’ scenario!). Thanks for the opportunity to win!
I loved mixing up my workouts and learning some new moves. Variety is the spice of life!
Reading SGBC has really helped me become more positive about myself and my body. I find your comments on various topics to be uplifting and very meaningful. I have incorporated many of the exercises from your post into my home workouts. I have also started drinking green monsters ( who would have ever thought I would love spinach!) and eating healthier. Thank you so much!
OSG is a blog i look forward to every day & it has made being healthy & active fun & enjoyable instead of a chore! I have started making green monsters and working out regularly & have found myself craving both after slipping up & returning to my old unhealthy ways. i loved the first ‘dear body’ quote because it reminded me of how grateful we should be to our bodies & for the health in our lives and gave me the motivation to appreciate my body through treating it as best as i possibly can.
I always enjoy articles/blog posts about fueling for workouts (especially ones on the differences between fueling for a workout in the a.m., or fueling for one after work, and the differences between fueling BEFORE working out and AFTER working out. Don’t ask. I just can’t get enough of this for some reason LOL) and you provided those. I also loved the variety of information you shared over the SGBC!
And finally, adore the core moves — I love, love, love working my core and am always looking for new moves! I’m tryin’ them tonight!
Thanks so much for the opportunity!
I really enjoyed the post with Jodie’s top 3 core blasting moves. I did them right after I read it and I could feel the burn. I was in a rut with core moves and wasn’t seeing any results but I’m going to do these new moves everyother day now!
SGBC helped me for a few reasons. First off, it was awesome to have the “virtual” support of everyone who reads “Oh She Glows”. Also, I get caught up in the exercise mentality that if I don’t do a longer workout, it doesn’t count. The 10-minute interval boot camp designed by Marci helped me shift that way of thinking to “every little bit helps”. Thanks Angela!!
One of my favorite things about SGBC was the post about feeling confident in your summer clothes. I don’t know why, but something about that post stuck with me and I think about it all the time!
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to win !! I can’t afford the Amazing Grass products (although I have picked up a few sample packets at the health food store and LOVE it for my green monsters!).
SGBC has had an a great impact on the way I view my weight loss progress. 3 years ago I weighed 84 lbs heavier than I am now… I was always VERY focused on how much more weight I wanted to lose and found it very difficult to appriciate how far I had come. Your blog has helped me appriciate the hard work I have done so far and to not be a ‘hater’ (to myself) when I look in the mirror… thinking ‘if I lose that last 10-15 lbs I will be satisfied’… because I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be. If I lost another 10 or 15, I’m sure I’d be working on the next 5. Thank you for being such an inspiration !
One other positive :D My husband now drinks green monsters !!!! I was SO thrilled. He sees them everyday on your blog (and sees me drinking them) and asked to try one several weeks ago (very skeptically I might add) and he LOVEs them. He doesn’t drink them everyday like me… but a few times a week is better than nothin.

The post “dear body” left a lasting impression on me. I am slowly learning to love my body and stop beating myself up about it. My body has done and continues to do great things for me. Thanks for helping me to see that. :)
I really enjoyed the 10 minute total body workout. It’s definitely coming with me on vacation tomorrow!
SGBC (and OSG in general) has helped me appreciate my body for what it is, accepting it instead of always trying to change it. I loved the “Dear Body” post. I wrote a letter also, and I think we need to take time to do things like this more often. It helped me really think of all the reasons I should appreciate my body. OSG has really taught me to stop comparing all the time and just ACCEPT:) Thanks for all you do, Angela!
