2010 was a year with some awesome eating! I ate, I tested recipes, and I ate some more. This past year showed me that the sky is the limit when adapting recipes to be free of animal products. I pushed my creativity, experimented with new foods, and I had more variety in my diet than I think I have ever had.

Eric and I were supposed to go to a costume party tonight, but Eric is sick with a terrible flu so it looks like I will be nursing him back to health tonight. I may have to feed him a Green Monster or two! Poor guy, he is in rough shape.

I have been busy finishing up exams and with Family events so I haven’t had time to really read and look at all your new and exciting recipes! Now that I do have time I can’t WAIT to try the carrot cake oatmeal, vegan nog, and today I will be attempting to make the Pumpkin Gingerbread with spiced Buttercream dessert! mmmmm time to get started :)

Wowww- I’m not vegan, but you do make vegan sound like I woudn’t p’bly never miss my meat fix every now and then hahaha…Great work n some very cheerful, artistic photography! I will soon be trying out many of your recipes once I move home. Can’t wait!
