GOODLUCK TO ALL AND TO ALL A FABULOUS FRIDAY!!!!! :D
I have learned how important it is to take rest days. I have been really strict with myself in regards to exercising, but today I’m taking off the day to do some yoga and simply relax. I’m learning, from this blog and the SGBC, that I need to listen to my body!
Your website has given me so much motivation to change my lifestyles and be a happier healthier person!
The Summer Glow Boot Camp has helped motivate me to look at the big picture. If I have one bad day I can get right back on track wihtout thinking to myself “Let’s go scarf some ice cream”. Everything was extremely positive, which has allowed me to look at my health journey as a whole in a very healthy way.
Hope that you’ll do another boot camp soon!
One post I really enjoyed was your ten-mile recap. It’s inspired me to sign up for my first half marathon in November!
I unfortunately didn’t discover your blog early enough to participate in the whole Summer Glow Boot Camp – by the time I found it, I was actually quite curious what it was all about. This recap was extremely helpful! I love your post on your pre-race meal, I found it very inspirational!
Do a Fall boot camp so I can follow along!!
SGBC impacted my life in that I have been drinking Green Monsters every morning for several months. My skin looks great!
SCBC has impacted my life in the form that i got put on my swim suit this summer and i felt great! your posts about loving your self have really hit home for me! thank you!
SGBC has really taught me that I need to love me and appreciate my body for what it is. I may not be perfect now but I am working at it. You have shown me that working out doesn’t have to be mundane. I can really enjoy but find something I enjoy doing. Also, your site has shown me new ways of eating. I enjoy my food more and I eat to fuel my body. Thanks for such a great site!
I really liked Learning to love the Journey. Thanks!
Hi Angela, Definitely the “Dear Body” post was great. Many of us don’t love our bodies for what God has given us. This allows us to take a look at ourselves and overlook all the imperfections we may have and look at all the great qualities we do have and use them to our best ability. If God made us all alike, life would get awfully boring. You have a very uplifting, inspirational blog. Love it! thanks for sharing all the posts.
Not sure if it posted
Just in case it didn’t get posted ,
Hi Angela ….Loved the “Dear Body” post. It allows us to love the body God created for us. Overlooking all the imperfections we may have and to take a look at all the great qualities we were blessed with and use them to the best of our abilities.
Love your blog…very uplifting and inspirational. Thank you!
SGBC has really helped me get on track with my work outs and healthy eating. This is such a great giveaway! I’ve been really wanting to try Super Grass!!
The SGBC helped me realize that enjoying exercise for the ‘feel good’ aspect is really what fitness is all about. I am fueled by my own motivation, not by the perception I have about how much I SHOULD workout. It’s great to have the breathing room!
Thanks, Angela!
I enjoyed the Zesty recipe for Whole Grain Oatmeal Pancakes post! I flip pancakes 3 times a week for my family and was so excited to have a new healthy version to make! Absolutely delicious!!! And approved by a 4 & 1 year old! yippee!
Thanks for the SGBC! Hopefully you’ll do a FALL Summer Boot Camp! Sign me up!
i pasted your blog on to a friend of mine who is getting back into the swing of excising on a daily basis. she has been following bits and pieces of several different programs and has been doing well.
SGBC has helped me love and appreciate my body. It has beautiful, strong, has carried me through several runs, bounced back from injuries. It is truly wonderful and I have learned to love it. :)
I love the honesty and freshness of this blog. I always feel cheered and rested after reading!! also i love the fab recipes – yum!
I enjoyed the “dear body” post. i have shared it many times with others!
My favorite post was the Make Up – can we live without it? post. As well as your thoughts on the power of positive thinking. I found myself often getting caught up in a negative mindset with food and my body, and it was nice to see your reminder that positive thinking is the key! SGBC was a blast! Thanks Ange!
