GOODLUCK TO ALL AND TO ALL A FABULOUS FRIDAY!!!!! :D
I loved the whole summer series! I especially enjoyed the guest exercise posts. I think it really helps to have so many exercise moves to choose from so we can figure out what works for us! Sticking to the same ol’ routine gets mighty boring!
I like “One of her greatest life lessons.” It was cool how you said all that. The post just made me happy.
My favourite post was the one about feeling confident in summer clothes. It definitely motivated me to re-think how I felt about my body and to ditch the baggy bulky clothes, and enjoy summer in shorts and a t-shirt!!
I just discovered this blog last month so i haven’t done the whole SGBC. But I love the idea and I look forward to trying the next one. My favorite post/discovery so far is the wonder of Green Monsters, which I love! I love trying the recipes from Ang’s blog. The one’s I’ve tried are so healthy yet very easy. That’s a winning combo in my book.
The “Dear Body” post was so important to me, it really opened my eyes to how I don’t give myself enough credit for all the good things I am doing.
I loved the summer boot camp series! In general, I really enjoy your positive, fun, and honest approach to fitness, self-confidence, and optimism. Your zest for life, fitness, and fun is inspiring!!
Awesome giveaway! I didnt follow the whole plan, but, the make-up free post struck a HUGE chord with me. I am way to dependant on make up and really self concious about my blotchy, spotty skin. I was so inspired to see you post a picture of yourself makeup free on the internet! Ive started making small cut-backs in my makeup use, and hopefully ill get to a point where i dont think i need it! Thanks!
I can’t believe the SGBC is over already! My favorite part was the posts during Week 3: Getting Over the Hump. I was really stuck in a rut at the time and those posts helped motivate me!
Oh no! I hadn’t had a chance to check the site today (thanks to work). I’m going to go ahead and comment, but if you need to disqualify me I understand.
The best thing about this blog is just how much it has helped me to learn to love myself and to be patient with myself as I navigate a truly healthy lifestyle. So thank you for that. This blog is one of my absolute favorites! :)

i have enjoyed several of them ,but i liked the ejoying the journey most!
”We often put our own happiness to the side because we think that we aren’t worthy of true happiness and self-love until we have molded ourselves to which society deems is acceptable.”

Too bad I missed the boat on the Amazing Grass draw… :( Damn 401!!!!
I think the post Stacy did on exercise and hydration was the best thing I ever read to benefit me! I now have a lot more energy on my runs and throughout the day. Thanks so much for the opportunity.
