Ouch! I hurt myself this morning doing lunges! Ugh, I hate when that happens. : I stretched a lot to see if that helps, but I hope I am ok for my moderate run tomorrow (4 miles).
Today was X-training day!
–Speed Walking 2 miles @ speed 4.6-4.7 mph, incline 5-7
– A Fitsugar Mini Bootcamp workout video (I also added 1 min. plank and 1 min wall sit)
– Total Duration: 35 mins. (25 walking, 10 resistance)
– Max Heart rate: 154 bpm (79% of max)
– Avg Heart rate: 140 (72% of max)
I pulled my inner thigh muscle on my left leg a bit when I was doing the lunges. I would not recommend this workout video above because I felt like she switched from move to move too quickly. I was trying to be very fast to switch to the next exercise (from lunges to the bridge I think it was) and I felt a sharp pain in my inner thigh. Not good!
My best advice is to take it slow with any resistance exercises to ensure you don’t hurt yourself!
Tomorrow is my moderate run according to my half-marathon training schedule (4 miles) so I hope I am feeling better, or I will have to put it off.

I liked putting the banana with almond butter on my spoon with cereal- yum!
