Good morning!
I apologize for not having my regular post last night. I think I have come down with a little flu bug because my stomach was quite upset last night. I still am feeling very tired in the morning too, despite getting my full 8 hours of sleep.
To help fight my cold, I had a wonderful green monster this morning (not photographed) and then a small bowl of Spelt Cereal, pomegranate arils, and Almond Breeze.
So good!

I love all your avoiding the freshman 15 advice. However I never gained the freshman 15, but I did gain the first year of marriage 15. Some time in the future no rush, could you talk about HOW you lost your weight. Counting calories or just making better choices? You said you eventually found your groove, what is your particular groove?
I love the blog- you’re very inspirational!!
Hope you feel better soon! Lots of echinacea tea should help! Love the pic of sketchie! Too cute!

I liked your post today! It was different and I got a bunch of info in just a few min. My favs were the more reps verse more weight debate which I was currently struggling with myself. I also liked the dark chocolate article although I tend to disagree I think we always blame the marketing of these companies but they are just trying to make money and sell the product. People have to understand that everything is in moderation and that they can’t blame these companies when they are either in a)denial or b) want an excuse or someone to blame. That was my 2 cents sorry!
Get better soon Angela! I’m also a sickie right now and am sipping my tea, taking a multi-vitamin and eating tons of fresh produce. It’s rare for me to get sick, but when I do it usually takes a while to go away. Crossing my fingers that all these extra vitamins work!
I heart Sketchie!
