Hello beautiful readers!
I have enjoyed reading all of your comments!
Congrats to you who have lost weight or are in the process of changing your lives for the better!! :D You are all such an inspiration to me.
I especially loved reading your comments about flattering compliments that you have received- it is so important to remind ourselves of these each and every day (especially when we are feeling down in the dumps!).

What a night it has been!
It started off with finding this on the windshield of the car after work:
Get this- I got a parking ticket for no reason! Ok, the reason was that I was parked for more than 3 hours, but no where on the street does it say this as a restriction. Additionally, I have parked on this street every weekday for the past 6 months and I have never heard of this before (nor has anyone else!). I am definitely going to fight this one…! Grrrrr…
So, anyways, I drive home and push it out of my mind- hey, it is hump-day and I am excited to watch ANTM tonight. lol. I pull up to my street, and there is a police car blockade not letting any cars get by. I peeked down the road as I drove by and there are police cars and firetrucks lining the street.
All I could think of was if my Sketchie was ok!!!! :
I drove around the perimeter hoping to go into the condo via the other side of the street, but the entire perimeter was blocked and lined with police cars! I asked a cop what was going on, and he said a gas pipe was cut by a construction site (and boy did it smell of fumes in the air!). So we couldn’t go home. Then, the cops said I could always bring them back some pizza if I wanted to. hahah. :D
I wondered, would they obliterate my parking ticket? :P
I ended up meeting up with Eric and we went to Pickle Barrel to eat dinner to pass the time! Can you believe it was my first time eating there?? It was delicious!!!!
I got a roasted veggie/spinach and hummus wrap with a salad. DELICIOUS!!
I can’t believe it was my first time going, I will definitely be back.
We got back to the condo around 9pm after checking out some new front loading washer and dryers that we are going to purchase when we move into our new house at the end of the month. Consumer Reports said LG were the best, but our Registry Agent said the LG ones have had the most problems! So we will probably go with Whirlpool, but we aren’t sure! Any tips??

Ok, time to get working on tonight’s Exclusive HOT TOPIC post on before-and-afters, losing-weight, maintenance, exercise, and balance.
Stay tuned!!!
Good evening, I actually have some great news for you!!! I purchased the front loading LG washer and dryer last February. The washer has been fine but we’ve been having problems with link build up in our dryer. We’re not sure if it’s the venting going outside of the house or if it’s accumulating in the dryer itsself, so far we’ve had to vacuum the vent and dryer three times. It seems to catch a lot more lint than my old dryer so maybe it’s the con of the high efficiency of it all.
I have seen a commercial promoting a washer that you could dump several months of soap and softner in so you don’t have to fill it up every load….I think that would be fabulous!!!! Good luck on your decision!!
Hey Angela…was checking out your “she” and “glows” tabs on your blog, I’m just curious, what do you research?
Looking forward to the hot topic post!!
