Why I am proud to be Canadian:
I am proud to be a Canadian because we are FRIENDLY people! It sounds cliché, but it is TRUE!
I also love the beauty of our country and the diversity in climate that you find all over. Where else can you find several inches of snow in the summer?! ;) Sadly, I haven’t even visited a tiny portion of Canada’s countryside, but I would LOVE to do a cross country trip some day! :)
Yes, I love BEER, HOCKEY, and love to say ‘EH’ just like the rest of ‘em…but I DON’T live in an igloo (although I think my dad did as a kid).
And because who doesn’t love some good Canadian jokes…
CANADIAN JOKE #1
A Canadian is walking down the street with a case of beer under his arm.
His friend Doug stops him and asks, "Hey Bob! Whacha get the case of beer
for?"
"I got it for my wife, eh." answers Bob.
"Oh!" exclaims Doug, "Good trade."

I would like to join the summer boot camp! I’ve been excited to hear about it for days!
I think my healthiest habit is slowly conquering my bad food habits and trading them for healthier ones. I’ve switched to super healthy breakfasts and lunches (Green Monsters, no meat lunches high in protien, veggies and good carbs!) I’ve been solidly getting in 5 servings of colorful fruits and veggies.
oops best healthy living tip, life is all about balance, you can still eat your FroYo and be one sexy beast!
Oh my gosh! I’m totally doing this, I’m so excited!!
My best tip is just to move! My worse days only get better with some exercise, be it a run, Shredding, yoga or a walk with a friend (or hubby). Moving my body always lifts my spirits.
I am so excited about SGBC!!! This is just what I need to keep my summer active. Thank you!!
My health tip is about saying active.
If you lay out your workout clothes before you go to bed it gives that little extra boost you need to get going in the early morning hours.
Wow – you’ve sure put a ton of work into this! Thank you. I hope to learn balance through this but I have a LONG way to go. My healthy tip is to have a positive attitude. Our internal talk can really drag us down. Thanks again!!
I have been so excited about the summer glow boot camp! I have 2 healthy living tips. 1) Eat a big, filling, delicious, healthy breakfast. 2) Spend plenty of time with your friends, significant other, and family and treasure every moment of it!

My healthy living tip would be to get exercise in morning, it gives you a great energy boost and reduces the need for caffeine so much throughout the day!

My healthy living tip is to remember every thing you do for your body, but positive and negative, is for YOU and for nobody else. And when you learn that, I feel like you become truly motivated to make the right choices because you realize you’re the ultimate benefactor of great, positive decisions made.

I can’t wait to start! My best healthy living tip is to avoid processed chemical ridden foods. And of course to stay active, no matter what your doing!
I’d like to participate. My healthy living tip is to making my healthy meals as delicious and tempting as possible so that I’ll be less tempted to eat something else!
I dunno if this has been mentioned before but I am a BIG believer in balance. To me it’s what healthy living is all about. You DON’T need to exercise 7days/week for 2hrs and you DON’T need to eat the healthiest food 100% of the time. You can have your cake and eat it too!

My best healthy living tip is to find your healthy that makes you happy! It’s not worth doing what someone else is doing if you’re not happy and enjoying your life. You know what’s best for you, so just keep at it!

my best healthy living tip is fitting in some sort of exercise every day. it could be anything, just get up and move around! i know i always feel better after a good workout:)
