Bonjour!
After an Epic fail of a hockey game (congrats to the US team!), Eric and I slinked off to do WMM2 with our tails between our legs. All was well until we began. My husband proceeded to morph into Richard Simmons. He was doing the most exaggerated poses I have ever seen, pretending he was a yoga master, whirling his arms around, and making loud, breathy noises.
I started with the full plank and crumbled to the ground in laughter at his antics. He started to do the fastest bicycle crunches I have ever seen in my life. I thought he was going to pull a muscle!! It was utterly hilarious.
I. could. not. hold. a pose. for. the. life. of. me.
Need less to say, my abs got a workout, but not in the traditional format! ;)
I concluded two things:
1) My husband is sabotaging me because he wants better abs come Jan 31st.
2) I need to hide a whittle cam in the room.
GAME ON, HUSBAND. GAME ON.
I tried to piece it together, but it is a bit blurry… ;)

We found a sale on flights to Florida (Westjet) after months of searching!
The sale was only on for the end of March, so we booked our trip from March 20-April 1st.
We will be staying in Naples with my mom and stepdad. Eric and I are planning on renting a car and road trippin’ around Florida’s coast for a bit too.
I used to live in Florida when I was young, but Eric has never been to Florida before, so it would be fun to do some touristy things for him. I’d also love to plan some blog meet-ups along the way! I’m hoping to find a good deal on a rental car and possibly a couple hotels along our road trip.
73 days of winter to go!

I need a yoga bag SO badly. I don’t have one and I can’t find one anywhere that I like. I’ve actually been eyeing the Lululemon Namaste yoga bag, but this one is much better! I would love it and it would definitely motivate me to go to yoga more! :)

i just bought my first yoga mat over the summer and i love it. i should use it more. i haven’t gone to any yoga classes yet. maybe the bag is what i need for that extra boost ;)
i’d love a lululemon racer pullover. i’ve tried it on and it fits like a glove. perfect. and i like how the sleeves fit to keep the cold air out.

You should hit Siesta Key on the west coast of FL if you get a chance. We used to hang out at turtle beach there when I was little, and often we were the only ones there!
Lululemon is not avaliable in the United States, I wonder why! I wanted a matching yoga pant and top suit from Lululemon but I never wanted to buy it online without being able to try them on.
I live in Florida and go to College in Gainesville, so as a Floridian I know of a bunch of places to go! For one you could visit NASA Space Station at Cape Canaveral,or go to the Everglades and go on tours to see the gators and beautiful wildlife. Sanibel is similar to Naples but also very beautiful. For great places to eat and dance, Miami and particularly South Beach would be a blast! And who could forget Disney World, with the Magic Kindgdom, Epcot, and Islands of Adventure. I hope this was helpful!

You must get yourself over to the gulf side of Florida. If you like beaches (I could lay on the beach all day) you must travel over to Siesta Keys. Gorgeous tropical beaches. You feel like you’re on a Caribbean island!

I don’t know if you and Eric will be travel up in the Panhandle of Florida, but if you do, defintely stay in Destin for a night or two. They have the prettiest sand I have ever seen. :)

I have been on the look out for a hot tote so that i don’t have to carry my mat all the way to my yoga class ( 10 min walk) and well of course lulemon is BEST! I love their workout pants, bras, and tops ! Ive done a lot of online searching ..i just dont have the $$ for that :P

I have to admit, I love their undies-specifically their technithong (there is such a thing!). It is seemless and it doesn’t feel like the thong part hides. I know, TMI, but you asked and I delivered.

i have to say i’m a lululemon convert, i used to think it was too pricey, but i now realize you get what you pay for! i wear the stuff 6 days of week to the gym for the past 3 years and NONE of it has worn out!
