Good morning! I’m popping in today to let you know about a fun interview I did with the lovely Kathy of Healthy. Happy. Life. I’ve been a long-time reader of HHL and I’m continually inspired by Kathy’s enthusiasm for a vegan lifestyle. Her passion oozes out of everything she does from her vibrant photography to her creative recipes. We’ve gotten to know each other through our blogs and I look forward to the day that we can meet in person!
In this interview, I chat about why I went vegan, upcoming projects, blogs/cookbooks/videos, and more.
You can check out the interview here: Oh She Glows, Angela Liddon: Veggie Girl Power Interview
Thanks again to Kathy for the feature!

Was Sketchie’s expression after the Leaf’s game last night? #heartbreak
omg…that game! Total heartbreak. It was a hard fight from both teams…Boston fought back! I may need a couple days until I’m myself again. hahh. Now onto the Pens vs Sens series. :)
Congrats on a great feature & interview! I saw it pop up in my Reader on Kathy’s site :)
Can’t wait to see your book and the app you’re working on!
Fab interview! Well done you! What’s the recipe for the picture in the bottom left corner??? Looks fab!
Hey Emily,
It’s my Black Bean & Sweet Potato soup :) Recipe here: http://ohsheglows.com/2012/11/30/black-bean-sweet-potato-and-red-quinoa-soup/ enjoy!
Lol…currently drinking. :) I’m excited to read the interview and to check out HHL. Thanks for sharing!
What a great interview. I am so excited for your cookbook! :)
Love the interview! You are working on an app??? That is awesome! I am super impressed.
Eric is the brains behind the operation :) But yes, we’re hoping it to come to life this year. Not sure how long inputting hundred or so recipes will take!
Love the interview! Congrats I cannot wait for the cookbook especially since you make the best recipes that require veggies. I love the photo I thought they were cherry blossoms but I am not sure…
Enjoyed reading the interview! The Pink Flamingo Smoothie sounds great!
Not going to lie….had a total fangirl moment when I saw you on her website! You and Kathy are the two main vegan blogs I follow =)
And here I though you were just ‘currently drinking’. Wine. BUT a green smoothie is just as delicious! ;)
Sketchie… I just love that look, true character.
Such a great interview! I love this response to Veganism is… ‘the best way I’ve been able to connect with the world around me.’ So true!
Super excited about the book, and the app… how fun!
What a fabulous interview — and I’m *so* excited to hear that y’all are working on an OSG app! My iPhone and I eagerly await its arrival. :)
I love the Sketchie side-eye, too. That’s one gnarly “Get that camera outta here, mom” look!
Great interview and I love your quote!
Great job Ange!! I can’t wait to see the app. I bet Eric is very hard at work! :)
Read the interview last night. You are so inspiring. You were definitely one of the first food blogs I started reading (can you guess the other?). I love that you are so open and friendly in your writing, and your recipes always turn out. Congrats on the interview!
That picture of Sketchie is too cute! PS – saw your picture of the Buds jerseys on Instagram last night.. such a tragedy! Maybe next year!
I’ve been such a fan of you and Kathy at Healthy Happy Life. What a great match and interview! Thanks for sharing ladies :)
Great interview! I smiled when I read about the hummus! I’m looking forward to seeing your book. I think it will be awesome!
Love her site too. Heading over to read the interview! Love your work!
Heeey love! Thanks so much for the shout out on Healthy Happy Life! Made my day! :) Enjoyed reading your interview as well! xoxo
What a lovely interview. I always feel inspired by “becoming/staying vegan” stories! Although I am not 100% vegan, I strive to incorporate plant-based meals into my daily life as much as possible, and I feel cleaner, happier, and brighter because of it! And of course, it helps to have resources like your blog to help me a long the way :)
