Good afternoon!
Wow, it feels good to take a break. I have been stripping wall paper all day! The room already looks bigger with the dark green wall paper gone from most of the walls.

In between this work, I had an amazing lunch:

We are having GORGEOUS weather here!! It is sunny, 10C/48F and all the snow is melting!!!! yawhoo! I can taste spring! You can actually see the bushes now. :D

Seeds & Nuts Powercracks
This afternoon Powersnack is quick & easy!
Ingredients:
Handful of Amy’s Organic Crackers
1.5 Tbsp Maranatha’s Raw Almond Butter
3-4 Strawberries Sliced
I love this snack! It is packed with healthy fats and protein (flax & Almond butter) that give this snack lasting power. It also has a kick of antioxidant-packed strawberries that are sure to cheer you up no matter what the weather!
This snack has approx. ~320 calories
