Bonjour!
After an Epic fail of a hockey game (congrats to the US team!), Eric and I slinked off to do WMM2 with our tails between our legs. All was well until we began. My husband proceeded to morph into Richard Simmons. He was doing the most exaggerated poses I have ever seen, pretending he was a yoga master, whirling his arms around, and making loud, breathy noises.
I started with the full plank and crumbled to the ground in laughter at his antics. He started to do the fastest bicycle crunches I have ever seen in my life. I thought he was going to pull a muscle!! It was utterly hilarious.
I. could. not. hold. a pose. for. the. life. of. me.
Need less to say, my abs got a workout, but not in the traditional format! ;)
I concluded two things:
1) My husband is sabotaging me because he wants better abs come Jan 31st.
2) I need to hide a whittle cam in the room.
GAME ON, HUSBAND. GAME ON.
I tried to piece it together, but it is a bit blurry… ;)

We found a sale on flights to Florida (Westjet) after months of searching!
The sale was only on for the end of March, so we booked our trip from March 20-April 1st.
We will be staying in Naples with my mom and stepdad. Eric and I are planning on renting a car and road trippin’ around Florida’s coast for a bit too.
I used to live in Florida when I was young, but Eric has never been to Florida before, so it would be fun to do some touristy things for him. I’d also love to plan some blog meet-ups along the way! I’m hoping to find a good deal on a rental car and possibly a couple hotels along our road trip.
73 days of winter to go!

I would LOVE this bag!!!!! I do not own anything from lulu but always find my way to their website to drool a little.
A black and pink yoga bag would be amazing! I actually am big into bikram yoga (recently won a regional championship and getting ready to go to nationals in LA in Feb), but have nothing to actually carry my mat in .. until maybe now?!?!?!
And as for Florida – I have only ever been to Key West and Orlando — Disney World is a lot of fun, and the beach is great too — I could definitely go for some fun in the sun right now instead of these insane mounds of snow surrounding me.
Anything! I don’t own any lululemon stuff yet, but I’ve been eyeing some of the bags lately.
That picture of you and the hubby is hilarious! :) Can’t help with the Florida trip ideas, although hopefully you get some tips from local readers who can tell you sweet places to go/things to do that are less touristy, that hidden-gem stuff! :)
I am a Lulu junkie! Let’s see…my wish list is a yoga tote and a long-sleeved running shirt.
As for Florida, I just got married there (but live in Oakville ON) so I can recommend Siesta Key beach (Sarasota area), Siesta Key Oyster Bar, and St Armand’s Circle for a classy shopping experience. Best sunset is at The BeachHouse restaurant on Anna Maria Island, near Bradenton (also my wedding venue!!).

As for Florida I’d recommend the Ft. Myers area and heading to Sanibel Island/Captiva Island. It’s so beautiful there and you don’t feel like you’re in Florida but yet somewhere more tropical and laid back!
I LOVE lulu! I just ordered a new bag for my school stuff, BUT I would love a bag for my yoga stuff!

Angela, you got me addicted to Lululemon! Seriously, I ordered a couple of things online and was so impressed by the quality of the garments! Then when I was in Chicago I hit up a store for the first time and thought I had died and gone to heaven. Now I’m saving my pennies for when I travel to California – I’m definitely going to visit a store there too! So, I guess I’d have to say, I’d love another Scoop neck tank – they just fit so well and look so flattering on!
