She’s Alive!

October 18, 2009

IMG_7026

Sorry for the delay in getting my race recap up. Also, sorry for the race tracker not working this morning. Not sure what happened there- how sad! lol.

I told myself if I ran the half today I still had to bake my Glo Bars in the afternoon…so I am about 1/2 way there. Going VERY slow. haha.

Recap coming later…!!!!

I can’t wait to hear about it! I love race reports! I hate writing them because everything blurs for me!

Do you think you are going to do a marathon next?

Did you see Spirit of the Marathon yet?

Gosh – you are a half-marathon-running machine! Well done on a great effort!

I wish I could go for a run – I rolled my ankle playing Wii tennis too enthusiastically and now I’m stuck on the couch lol :)

I am so impressed you did this!! Tried to track you, but oh well. Was it easier to do the half without going through the training schedule because it was so close to your other? I know too you were still doing long runs… congrats!

You are awesome to run that distance and still get baking in. You will fall into a quick deep sleep once your head hits the pillow. Make sure you get plenty of fuel after your run and while you work.

I have to tell you this: You are awesome! Through your blog, you have inspired me to completely change my attitude towards food and living a healthy lifestyle.

I have never cooked in my life before and today I made an awesome vegetable roll! Thanks to you and your wonderful ideas. I have always been working out (like forever) so my battle was only with food.

Thank you so very much. And you’re glowing in every one of your pictures!

Great job! Cannot wait to hear the recap. I do that too, make plans for after long runs or races…. but it keeps me going, which is sometimes better than sitting on your butt. Hope you get some recovery time in.
