Your teas sound fantastic! Fruit teas can be hit or miss, but a black tea with a hint of strawberry is perfect in summer!

I just received your cookbook as an early Christmas gift, but if still like to try the teas. Maybe I’m being selfish lol.
I recently had a tea with cacao in it…. that would make a great new flavor if you´d pair it with something fruity maybe? Or you could experiment with flavored green tea.
