Just saw your shoppe for the first time.. I super love the coffee+tea idea! (especially evening decaf). Tis the season for toasted everything, therefore thinking toasted coconut with a rooibos or black tea would be lovely. Also, mint chocolate rooibos <3 I would absolutely drink that year round. This holiday has had me cooking more than ever, and I found myself consistently perusing your site for inspiration and recipes I knew my family would like. I am thankful for your sharing of knowledge, recipes, and ingenuity in your creations. Your blog has given me much to be excited for in my food blog binge days (often times turning into a tantalizing black hole), and inspiration in my own vegan creations. Not to mention all the "health" I was able to sneak into dishes my dad would actually eat, so long as I don't say the "v" word!
