Not sure how popular it would be, but a decaffeinated bergamot, black earl grey tea would rock my world! I love to drink steamed almond milk, homemade recipe (from your cookbook of course) this tea and homemade vanilla, if time allows! YUMM. I’ve been off coffee going on 5 years and have consumed less caffeine in about the last 2.5 since being pregnant and still lactating. Not many places seem carry a good one.
Other phenomenal tea recipes I love to drink include the healing rooibos tea (preferred warm) and metabolism boosting green citrus tea (both, again from your cookbook – thank you)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A few others I like to sip on are chai, an orange & vanilla rooibos blend and a white & green, lemon and cherry blend.

Oolong and genmaicha are my favorites, but always love to try something new!
I especially love teas that feature vanilla. Earl Grey cream teas always call to me for that reason.
