This was a delight to find in my blog list–thank you! As for flavors…I still dream of a turmeric tea I had at a farmers’ market in St. Louis, MO a few years back; it used turmeric root (I think the woman who sold it was trying to make a version that could be bagged and sold to make at home), ginger, black pepper, and honey. I’ve tried to make versions of it since and never quite gotten it down, but it was really lovely.
You already have so may good flavours, but maybe something spiced and nutty?
