I would love to see something nice and spicy; lots of cinnamon and clove make for a nice cup of tea that doesn’t need any sweetener. Also, some spice would add some excitement to these dreary gray days, too!

Yum!! I love your cookbook and I know these teas are going to be incredible. I love camomile and lavender teas and hibiscus and earl grey (not together but they are my favs).
