I absolutely love your blog and your cookbooks…I just started trying to be Vegan so I got on my libraries page to check out what Vegan cookbooks were out there. Didn’t want to buy them if I didnt like them. Well I got your cookbook…the one with the carrots on the front. I went through and put a sticky on each one I liked….by the time I got through it I had stickies everywhere…I could not say that about many of the other ones I looked at. Yours was by far the best one with meals I would actually want to eat. So after that I decided I needed to buy your book. So that is on my to do list. You have amazing food. I have made many of your recipes for my family and they loved it. I tried to get your other cookbook but it wasn’t showing up in my libraries listings so I am anxious to see that one. Thanks for being so great and helping all those trying to become Vegan :)
