Last Sunday, I wrote a post on 22 gifts ideas for her under $55. It was a fun post to put together filled with kitchen, clothing, food, and other gift items!
(Side note: Word in the comment section has it that you can buy vanilla beans at Costco for cheap! Hopefully that’s in Canada too?)

fave cookie: my moms shortbread. Soft, not crunchy, melty and buttery. Fave scarf colour: charcoal. It goes with everything.

favorite holiday cookie: LINZER COOKIES! despite being a die hard dark chocolate fanatic, these cookies are #1 in my heart. my mom used to make them every year for christmas and I got to help! She used to add slivered almonds on them too for an added crunch. Since going vegan (although i still eat eggs), I have yet to have linzer cookie! oh how deprived my life is ;-)

Favorite Holiday Cookie: Kourambiathes (Greek cookie) made by my friend’s Greek mother. Hands down, one of the best cookies ever. If you have never tried one, you must. But it has to be homemade.
