Last Sunday, I wrote a post on 22 gifts ideas for her under $55. It was a fun post to put together filled with kitchen, clothing, food, and other gift items!

(Side note: Word in the comment section has it that you can buy vanilla beans at Costco for cheap! Hopefully that’s in Canada too?)
One of the items on my list is this gorgeous Ellie Eternity Scarf made by the fabulous Lisa Marie from Bearded Owl’s Hoots on Etsy. I fell in love with this scarf, and Lisa’s other products, as soon as I saw them.
Such as the Philomena Snood and Critter Mitt Warmers…I could seriously use those for typing at the computer!
and the Chunky Pom Pom knit:
After I wrote that post, Lisa Marie wrote me and offered to send me a scarf as a thank you! I thanked her for her generosity, but asked if we could do a blog giveaway for the scarf instead. It’s more fun for me to share the holiday spirit with you guys! Lisa was excited for a giveaway on the blog so here we are.
Lisa Marie writes…
Hoo-T!
The Ellie Eternity Scarf is designed to be extra cozy and snuggly. It measures over 7 ft long in circumference, leaving plenty of room for you to wrap and scrunch as little or as much as you want!
Made in the softest 100% Acrylic blend.
One size fits most.
Available in most colors.
Note: Lisa Marie can make her products completely wool free if desired.
Can’t you just imagine wrapping yourself up in this huge scarf and not taking it off until May?
The winner gets to select the colour too, which is always a tough decision….especially when most of the colours are names of yummy foods…
I’ll have oatmeal with a side of pumpkin spiced figs please.

So it’s sort of sad that this is my first comment dice I read your blog every day!
My favorite cookie is a tie between oatmeal butterscotch and oatmeal/pistachio/cranberry. I love the charcoal color the scarf is offered in. By the way, I made your itty bitty carrot cake cookies this weekend. Love them!
I love sugar cookie. And mint Whoopie Pies (does that count a a cookie?). I really like the color in the photo… I’m guessing it’s Cranberry?
My favorite holiday cookie has to Peanut Butter Blossoms. My favorite color for the Eternity Scarf? That’s difficult with all those luscious colors, but I’d have to choose pumpkin.
My favorite Christmas cookies are kolacky with apricot filling. I’ve made them at other times of the year and they never taste as good as they do at Christmas.
My favorite scarf color is heather grey…a color that goes with everything so I never have to take it off.
Favorite Christmas cookie: My mama’s German cookies (cross between sugar and butter cookie!)
Favorite color: Loving the spice!
Sugar cookies are my favorite and the navy scarf.
Oooh, cranberry or pumpkin scarves? Come to think of it, they would be great cookies too! But my favorite are gingerbread people… Lots of molasses and super spicy!
I like the marigold, and my favourite cookie is something chocolaty – I am not too picky as long as it is homemade and awesome :-)
ooh I could really use this scarf–montreal is cold! brrr
favorite cookie: double(or triple, or quadriple or…) chocolate. That’s including white chocolate of course!
favorite color of scarf: pumpkin, fig and cranberry :)
ps. speaking of white chocolate, angela could you give us your white chocolate recipe pleeeease?

2) barelij and spice color are my favorite… torn between the two!
Pumpkin spice cookies… soft and chewy with lots of nutmeg and cinnamon! With a big glass of Vanilla Almond milk :)
Scarf color- Crimson- Such a pretty red! Infinity scarves are genius, I cannot for the life of me tie a regular one to look good. It droops and hangs in all the wrong places.
My favorite Christmas cookie are Russian Tea Balls. My grandmother makes them every year and I have followed the tradition.
I love the fig color for a scarf. Beautiful!
HI Angela! Greetings from Buffalo, NY
My favorite cookie at the moment is the “chocolate chip cookie sandwich” oh my gosh, they were so good! And im not even that good in the kitchen.. my husband said they were addictive!
If I were to win, I would choose the charcoal color, it would go with a lot of different outfits : ) Plus it would keep me super warm in this blizzard Buffalo winter!
Thank you!

Re scarf colour – red is always best! :)
