Last Sunday, I wrote a post on 22 gifts ideas for her under $55. It was a fun post to put together filled with kitchen, clothing, food, and other gift items!

(Side note: Word in the comment section has it that you can buy vanilla beans at Costco for cheap! Hopefully that’s in Canada too?)
One of the items on my list is this gorgeous Ellie Eternity Scarf made by the fabulous Lisa Marie from Bearded Owl’s Hoots on Etsy. I fell in love with this scarf, and Lisa’s other products, as soon as I saw them.
Such as the Philomena Snood and Critter Mitt Warmers…I could seriously use those for typing at the computer!
and the Chunky Pom Pom knit:
After I wrote that post, Lisa Marie wrote me and offered to send me a scarf as a thank you! I thanked her for her generosity, but asked if we could do a blog giveaway for the scarf instead. It’s more fun for me to share the holiday spirit with you guys! Lisa was excited for a giveaway on the blog so here we are.
Lisa Marie writes…
Hoo-T!
The Ellie Eternity Scarf is designed to be extra cozy and snuggly. It measures over 7 ft long in circumference, leaving plenty of room for you to wrap and scrunch as little or as much as you want!
Made in the softest 100% Acrylic blend.
One size fits most.
Available in most colors.
Note: Lisa Marie can make her products completely wool free if desired.
Can’t you just imagine wrapping yourself up in this huge scarf and not taking it off until May?
The winner gets to select the colour too, which is always a tough decision….especially when most of the colours are names of yummy foods…
I’ll have oatmeal with a side of pumpkin spiced figs please.

Favourite always is warm chewy oatmeal raisin. And I love the Marigold colour! Thanks!
Fun giveaway! Let’s see…
Scarf Color? Spice (it would match my hair!)
Cookie? Brown Sugar/Molasses yummm :)
Cookies – some sort of oatmeal cookie
Scarf – oatmeal
Cookie: Oatmeal raisin
Scarf: Oatmeal
I keep gazing longingly at that scarf – if I don’t win (fingers crossed!) I think I might just have to bite the bullet and buy one!
Since I love to eat oatmeal for breakfast, it only makes sense that I would like the oatmeal scarf too!
As for holiday cookies, I love the chocolate/peppermint combo, so a delicious fudgy, minty cookie would be grand! If I didn’t have allergies/intolerances, I would splurge on a chocolate fudge blossom cookie with Hershey’s Candy Cane or Mint Truffle Kisses.
Love her work…so cozy but soooo hard to pick a fav colour…think I’ll go with navy.
My cookie? Melt-in-your-mouth shortbread.
Happy holidays!
Gingerbread….and pink!
I love the hazelnut color!
fav cookie – flourless double chocolate!
Chocolate cookies all the way – any variety. The Pumpkin is beautiful.
I LOVE infinity scarves! They’re amazing.
My favorite color scarf is this charcoal color that I just bought recently. It’s so different and almost “rustic” looking. :)
these are beautiful!
Peanut butter balls, not a cookie.. but close! :)
Love the navy blue color
I love Mexican wedding cakes! Yummy and they look like snowballs! I love the wool colour Owl Grey.
My favorite holiday cookie is Lemon slice-and-bake with lemon icing! So simple and so delicious!
My favorite color is by far the pumpkin!
Oo fun! I like the blue one–navij? I also love sugar cookies. Happy holidays!
Love oatmeal raisin!!
Red is my favorite color so had to go with crimson :o)
My favorite cookie is gingersnaps. I love the marigold color!
I really love shortbread cookies! My mom makes the best ones and they just melt in your mouth. My second choice would have to be my best friend’s gingerbread cookies that are dipped in chocolate. They’re so soft and the chocolate adds such a nice touch! Mmm ….
As for the scarf, I really love that Heather Gray colour!
Awesome giveaway! :)
I love these! My favorite holiday cookie is anything with icing! And I love the Marigold color! (and crimson..and owl greij:)
1. I love my mom’s sugar cookie cutouts with buttercream frosting and sprinkles!
2. Fig!
My mom used to make a recipe called “6 in One Refrigerator Cookies” it was pretty much a base sugar cookie we would iron out but to the other ones she would add more spices and flavors. My favorite was the spice cookie which I believe was a mix of nutmeg ginger and cinnamon…they were amazing :)
Charcoal would be the color
