Last Sunday, I wrote a post on 22 gifts ideas for her under $55. It was a fun post to put together filled with kitchen, clothing, food, and other gift items!
(Side note: Word in the comment section has it that you can buy vanilla beans at Costco for cheap! Hopefully that’s in Canada too?)
One of the items on my list is this gorgeous Ellie Eternity Scarf made by the fabulous Lisa Marie from Bearded Owl’s Hoots on Etsy. I fell in love with this scarf, and Lisa’s other products, as soon as I saw them.
Such as the Philomena Snood and Critter Mitt Warmers…I could seriously use those for typing at the computer!
and the Chunky Pom Pom knit:
After I wrote that post, Lisa Marie wrote me and offered to send me a scarf as a thank you! I thanked her for her generosity, but asked if we could do a blog giveaway for the scarf instead. It’s more fun for me to share the holiday spirit with you guys! Lisa was excited for a giveaway on the blog so here we are.
Lisa Marie writes…
Hoo-T!
The Ellie Eternity Scarf is designed to be extra cozy and snuggly. It measures over 7 ft long in circumference, leaving plenty of room for you to wrap and scrunch as little or as much as you want!
Made in the softest 100% Acrylic blend.
One size fits most.
Available in most colors.
Note: Lisa Marie can make her products completely wool free if desired.
Can’t you just imagine wrapping yourself up in this huge scarf and not taking it off until May?
The winner gets to select the colour too, which is always a tough decision….especially when most of the colours are names of yummy foods…
I’ll have oatmeal with a side of pumpkin spiced figs please.

Snickerdoodles. Oh yes….Snickerdoodles. lol
And I love the Heather Greij.
SO CUTE!!!
I love shortbread cookies. I love the fig scarf but also really like the marigold
I love sugar cookies and the cranberry colored scarf!
Oh my gosh I have been wanting one of these scarves for SO long! My favorite Holiday cookie would actually not be a cookie :) I don’t care too much for sweets, but give me a tin of homemade chex mix and I could go to town on that stuff! Favorite scarf color would be mustard. Love, love love anything mustard colored!
anything with pumpkin and chocolate chips : )
and there’s so many lovely colors, but i think cranberry is the winner. so spunky!
I would love the scarf in heather greij – just gorgeous!! Thanks for offering up the giveaway! :)
Favourite cookie: peanut butter blossoms. They are a very soft and fluffy PB cookie, rolled in sugar with a mini kiss placed in the centre. Mmmm!
My favorite cookie is chocolate chip!! I am in love with all of the colors but I find myself particularly drawn to the pumpkin color :-)
I’m a traditional gal at heart, so I’ll have to go with chocolate chip. During the holidays, I use food coloring to make them red and green, so they can still qualify as a holiday cookie! My favorite scarf color: crimson
Favorite cookie is chocolate chunk cookies, a classic. And for the color owl grey!
Favorite cookie is Sugar and favorite color is crimson
those are adorable!!
my fav colour: marigold
my fav holiday cookies: chocolate rum balls. yum.
My favorite cookie is the linzer, a sugar cookie with jelly inside. (raspberry is my favorite.) Favorite scarf color, is marigold. I also love the grey ones, but wear a lot of grey and black, and need some color in my wardrobe. First time visiting your blog, heard about it on All Women Stalk. I also read 101 cookbooks regularly. Am not yet vegan, but do enjoy sometimes cooking vegan for myself.
My favorite holiday cookies (which we usually end up baking all year long) is pumpkin chocolate chip cookies! And in honor of my yummy cookies, I like the pumpkin color best!
My favorite cookie is a soft snickerdoodle and favorite color would be black or gray.
That’s easy, my favorite holiday cookie is pumpkin oatmeal! I need to add some blue into my wardrob so let’s go with Navij :)
holiday cookie-gingersnap, scarf-spice!
Cookies – peanut butter cookies! (I know these aren’t really holiday cookies but how can you resist peanut butter!)
Color – I do really love the oatmeal!
Thanks for sharing the love! Happy Holidays!
I love Isa Moskowitz’s pecan caramel bars. Not too difficult to make, very holiday-ish, and my (decidedly non-vegan) family loved them!
And the marigold color is so beautiful and vibrant! I may have to buy one even if I don’t win….
I love the fig color and my favorite cookie would have to be cut outs!
1) Pierniki, which are a Polish holiday cookie. When I eat one I think of curling up on the couch in front of the fire with my family and a christmas tree nearby.
2) The color it’s pictured in is beautiful! I think “spice” looks like a cute color as well. I’ve been in love with the infinity scarf I have, gets daily use. Time to bring another one into the rotation.
