Can you believe it’s December 2nd? I say, bring on the red dresses, cocktails, decorating, cookies, and parties. I’m so ready to end the year with a fun and festive month.

Angela, I’m looking forward to sharing some boss vegan eats with my parents and in-laws this holiday. My husband and I recently made the switch to vegetarianism, but we’ve found inspiration in a lot of your vegan recipes. Our toddler is particularly fond of vegan overnight oats. He will scarf down 3 bowls in a single sitting, and wash it all down with a Baby Green Monster (the basic green monster but made with 3% milk and a frozen banana for extra sweetness).
