Can you believe it’s December 2nd? I say, bring on the red dresses, cocktails, decorating, cookies, and parties. I’m so ready to end the year with a fun and festive month.

I’m a new vegan and am looking forward to learning how to cook some delicious, mouth-watering new foods. For starters, I’ve always wanted to learn how to cook Tofu so I can take advantage of its great protein. My favorite Taiwanese restaurant makes a Tofu and broccoli dish with sliced carrots and garlic sauce that’s to die for, but I’d like to be able to make it without all that corn syrup. Looking forward to exploring recipes on your website!
