I’ve been a vegetarian for 6 months now, and at some point I want to be vegan. At the moment I seem to have hit a plateau with being veggie. What would you say are the meals you have most often, and snacks? Also what are the foods which are essential to your diet? I’ve been totally inspired by you to broaden my meals and try new things, and maybe even make that switch!
