I’ve been looking forward to this giveaway for over a month now! I’m so excited for whoever is going to win this beauty. =)
I’ve been a big fan of Vitamix since I took the plunge and bought one a few years ago. I’m not joking when I say that I use it every single day (usually for smoothies for Eric and I) and sometimes, multiple times a day depending on how many recipes I’m testing. It liquefies kale like a dream and blends cashews into a cream! Oh boy, I’m rhyming now. I better stop…
Here are some exciting specs about the Vitamix 5200 (retail value is $579 CAD):
- The ability to chop, cream, blend, heat, grind, churn, and more, with a single machine
- Quick and easy self-cleaning with a drop of dish soap and warm water; just run on High for 30 second
- 7-year full warranty
- Easy-to-use equipment paired with extreme versatility
- Create smoothies, hot soups, and frozen desserts with a single machine.
- 64-ounce container
A big thank you to Vitamix for donating this blender to one lucky Oh She Glows winner!

Would love to win!!
My favorite is almond milk, almond butter, frozen banana, and dates!
All time fav smoothie… hemp protien, cacao, peanut butter & almond milk! Would be fantastic in a vitamix.
Spinach, banana, berries, Vega vanilla chai!!!! Maybe now in the vitamix?!?!?
Spinach, banana, caribbean frozen fruit blend (mango, peach, and berries), almond milk, hemp seeds and chia seeds.
Fingers crossed! A Vitamix would be amazing!
I would love to win a Vitamix! Beings that my husband and I are in full time ministry, this is a huge dream item, it doesn’t exactly fit in our budget. But being full time ministers, we also know the huge importance of taking care of the beautiful temple we have been blessed with to continue on in the works of Love. My favorite smoothie recipe is as follows;
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 banana
1 tbsp organic chia seeds
1 tbsp organic milled flaxseed
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
handful of spinach or kale (sometimes I do both)
1/2 of ripe avocado
1 orange, peeled
1 cup frozen organic raspberries
1 scoop of Garden of Life RAW Fit
Blend together until smooth and enjoy!
My favorite smoothie is almond milk – banana – almond butter – strawberry. What an amazing giveaway!
Pumpkin smoothies for the holidays!!
My favourite is mixing a big handful of organic spinach, a frozen banana, ten purple grapes and a cup of unsweetened almond milk. Deeeeelish! :)
Green smoothies with lots of pineapple, banana, and raspberries!
I have wanted a vitamix for ages. Trying to blend kale smoothies in a regular blender doesn’t really work out so well :)
Cocunut water, frozen berries, banana, kale, parsley, flax seed, and chia seeds – yum! But this is because I don’t have a vitamix! If I did I would do kale, cucumber, celery, spinach, apple, lemon and stop paying $8 for them!
My favorite smoothie combo is my pumpkin pie smoothie with banana, pumpkin, almond milk, and cinnamon! It’s like pumpkin pie in a cup, sometimes I even crumble graham crackers on top for the “crust” taste!
Green monsters!!
my favourite smoothie combo is: almond milk, vega protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, frozen blueberries, acai powder, chlorella and a handful of spinach
Love the blog!!!
Love green smoothies!!!
If I could still ask Santa for a gift, this would be it! :)
Massive amounts of spinach, frozen blueberries, vanilla, & a little milk. Would love to use half kale/half spinach, but my poor stick blender just isn’t up to the challenge – a vitamix would be amazing!
