Hi everyone!
We had a great dinner party tonight! Boy am I full and tired. :)
I will post a quick picture recap tonight and then tomorrow afternoon I will post the rest of the recipes that I used.
The decor:
No Canadian winter is complete without a log fire burning! Sketchie is captivated by it.

Spinach Dip and Pumpkernickle Bread:
This was a HIT, almost as big of a hit as the carrot cake! It was polished off within 15 mins!
Cheesy Spinach Pasta:
Sooo good. I made my half with no cheese. It tasted awesome!
Top to Bottom:
- Homemade Biscuits
- Steamed Organic Baby Carrots with seasonings
- Burgundy Pork Tenderloin in a Shiraz wine sauce
- Cheesy Spinach Pasta
And last but certainly not least:
This Carrot Cake from Smitten Kitchen did not disappoint! Moist it was :)
It was such a fun night and I am ready for bed!! :D
