Can you believe it’s December 2nd? I say, bring on the red dresses, cocktails, decorating, cookies, and parties. I’m so ready to end the year with a fun and festive month.

I am so excited to see my family, who live on the other side of the country, for the holidays. Whenever I visit them (about twice a year), I am the vegan chef. Although they aren’t even vegetarian, they love helping me cook and eating vegan. My nieces are 7 and 9 and are also finding joy in cooking and baking. My 9 year old niece’s last request was kale chips! I am so grateful that I can have a positive influence on their health as they grow and learn to be healthy.

My focus is to find joy in most every moment. To enjoy my students, be encouraging and uplifting to my friends and family. And to fill my counters, fridge and freezer with Endurance Crackers, Adventure Trail Cookies, and other amazing OSG recipes!!
