Can you believe it’s December 2nd? I say, bring on the red dresses, cocktails, decorating, cookies, and parties. I’m so ready to end the year with a fun and festive month.

I don’t own a food processor and I really would like one for the holidays this year so I can stop chopping my hand =p I always get hand cramps during holiday baking lol
I am looking forward to making memories and reliving holiday traditions with my husband and 3 daughters. This Saturday (weather permitting, finger crossed) we will be doing our annual tree hunt and campfire lunch. Also I could handle winning a new food processor because my broken 4 cup processor is a serious hazard to our safety lol!
Looking forward to trying out some new vegan recipes (especially sweets!) and sharing them with family and friends.

This will be our first Christmas in our house – our very first one! We’ve been living in apartments in NYC so this year we have a nice big house and plenty of room and people are coming over. It should be fun!
Baking for my family at Thanksgiving was fun and I cannot wait to bake throughout the Christmas season for friends and family.
I’m very much looking forward to spending time with my family. We live in different cities and so we don’t see each other very often but the holidays always brings us all together! :)

Slowing down. Is that possible during the rush of the holidays? That’s my goal anyway. To slow down and appreciate people and nature and the many beautiful things in life. Possibly go for a hike with my son who will be home from college.
