Can you believe it’s December 2nd? I say, bring on the red dresses, cocktails, decorating, cookies, and parties. I’m so ready to end the year with a fun and festive month.

I love cooking at the holidays… But since starting to eat vegan (mostly) I am excited to try out new healthier holiday recipes!
My annual shopping trip with my friend Pam – since she had children (13 years ago) and lives an hour away we don’t get to see each other as often as we used to. For the last 8 years we’ve had a firm date to go shopping together on the first Friday in December each year. It’s fabulous to know that even if all our other plans fall through during the year we’ll always have our annual December shopping day. Love it!
I cannot wait for the magic that comes from this incredible season. Seeing all 7 grandchildren, 3 children+++++, excited to have a chance to see and teach the ‘acts of kindness’, to the babies!
What fun this complete time of year is…..let’s of course not forget the food!
