Straight out of a horror film…
Last night, my brother in law Steve came over and Eric, Steve, and I got cozy in the family room and watched The Bourne Identity. Eric and I are huge fans of the Bourne movies. We have watched each one probably over 10 times. I also may or may not have a crush on Matt Damon. shhhhhh. ;)
Eric and I are going to bundle ourselves up in about 7 blankets and watch #2 and possibly #3 tonight! Can’t wait.
The weather is perfect for some snuggling and movies…
After the movie finished last night, Eric was showing us his new media player. It lets him play You Tube videos on the TV. He decided to put on a bunch of Sketchie’s videos that have now become quite popular! One of Sketchie’s videos now has over 122,000 hits…pretty crazy! This cat delivered when he was a kitten. haha.
Without further ado, I present to you a little entertainment on your Friday night. I hope you will get a laugh out of Sketchie’s crazy kitten ways! :D

My husband and I have a big purebred Alaskan Malamute kennel and a black lab. We do dog sledding expeditions with the malamutes, which is SO much fun! All our dogs are our beloved pets! They are the coolest, cutest, fluffiest babies!

Ohmigosh Ange, I don’t even like cats and I think I’m in love with Sketchie. Does he have any siblings??! I love the action shot and the videos of him as a kitten. How freakin’ adorable!
Those videos were AWESOME. They left my husband and I laughing our butts off! :) My husband’s family has a Pug. He’s awesome. And fat. And super, duper lazy. But we love him. :D

Totally made my Friday! Sketchie is AWESOME. I showed your blog and him to my cat obsessed friend and she fell in love :)
She was the one who turned me onto cats actually. Before her I was totally a dog person.
But she convinced me to foster a pregnant cat when we were roommates together in university.
Boy am I glad we did. The pregnant kitty had 3 of the most adorable kittens I’ve ever seen.

I have two cats Pookie and Smeagol-I feel like I talk about them a lot but they are so fun! I can’t imagine coming home to a house without them-especially when my fiance is working late =)

Those videos are great.
My parents’ cat, Clementine, has knocked down the Christmas tree almost every year. They always buy a real tree and you have to keep water at the bottom. Water goes everywhere, all of the ornaments break, and the lights become tangled. It is such a pain to re-decorate the tree and clean-up but it is also really funny :) Pets make life so much better!
You’re right, cats are redic!
haha we bought a fake tree b/c we didn’t know what he would do…plus we were in a tiny condo so it worked out. All our decorations are plastic. In this house, he will be closed off from it (we don’t let him on the one side of the house) so I don’t think he will get into too much trouble :)
I am a proud crazy cat lady too! :-) Sketchie is beautiful! I love the pic of him under the brown bag with his tongue sticking out! I had a cat that used to do that! Too cute!
My cats have never climbed the Christmas tree though and after seeing the video of him doing it, I wish that they would! Maybe I could teach them!!! Yes! I’ll make it a December goal! bah!

such a coincidence…i was just talking to my mom about how next year i want to get my own cat to bring with me to college. i have my dog and my horse at home, but they belong at home. i need someone to come along with me!

ahhh I LOVE bengals! when hubby and i were first looking at cats I so wanted to go buy a bengal from a breeder – but then we got realistic and realized rescuing a cat was a better option for us.
My cats totally freaked out while I was watching that video because they heard sketchie meowing and went to investigate upstairs to see if there was a visitor – hahahahahahah!!!!
Ahhh I love how much joy pets bring! We have 2 cats, Smuckers and Scout. They are quite the handful, especially Smuckers who is like a dog. She also jumps up and tries to wrap her paws around the doorknob to get out. I don’t know what she would do ever she ever actually succeeded!

We have a miniature schnauzer, Rufio (like from the movie Hook). He’s insane and we love it. His newest trick is he sings to us! I have pics of him all over my blog, and a video going up in the next day or two. I love him so much!
