Quite possibly the best vegan pasta I have ever made!
I made this pasta sauce tonight and it was amazing! A new favourite and a fast and easy go to. I’m allergic to gluten so I used quinoa noodles and added some steamed broccoli for a little extra greenery.

Any suggestions for substitutions on the lemon juice? My daughter cant have it.
skip it, you can add a bit of olive oil , the result is similar to a pesto sauce. feel free to add in some basil leaves to!
