I went to Venice six years ago and loved it! The city is so beautiful and I think it’s so cool that there are no cars. I went with three other friends and we had the best time!

Nicole @ Geek Turned Athlete May 4, 2010 at 11:56 am

I spent a week in Italy (Rome and Venice) last November with my boyfriend and it was so incredible!!!

Therese May 4, 2010 at 1:48 pm

*le sigh*

One day, Italy. One day…

Stacey May 4, 2010 at 1:52 pm

Beautiful pictures!! I love the one of hte market.

deisegirl1981 May 4, 2010 at 2:22 pm

I must admit I am not the most well travelled person as I have a tendency to go back to the same places again and again. But when those places are so great (those places being New York, London and Venice) then I don’t think it’s all bad. I’ve been to Venice twice and I hope to go back again in the not too distant future. A truly magical place. :D

Sana May 4, 2010 at 2:28 pm

I might take the overnight train to Italy this summer from Switzerland. I am so excited!!!

Heather Dawn May 4, 2010 at 2:44 pm

Once again, beautiful pictures! I definitely want to go to Venice sometime in my life!
I love the picture of you twirling :)

Jenny May 4, 2010 at 2:54 pm

Molto bueno:) That’s right, right?

BCSM May 4, 2010 at 4:25 pm

Can’t believe after six months in Italy I have to go home on Friday :( I don’t want to leeeeave!

ERika May 4, 2010 at 4:44 pm

what was the name of the hotel you stayed at – I am looking to go to Venice in the fall.

Kelly May 4, 2010 at 4:54 pm

I love Venice. I wanted to go there for so long before I did because the whole vibe of it just seems so unique. It definitely lived up to my dreams for it :)

Danica May 4, 2010 at 5:18 pm

Beautiful – It makes me want to go there now…your pictures look just like the ones they advertise if not better :D

Wei-Wei May 4, 2010 at 7:34 pm

Incredible! I went to Italy over winter vacation, and it was COLD! But it was right after a flood, so it smelled nice. Apparently usually it smells really bad? I’m not sure… I’d love to go to Italy in the spring/summer, though! It must have been beautiful :D

Have a great night!

Samantha May 5, 2010 at 5:57 pm

This is the same hotel I stayed in when I went to Venice! It took us some time to realize we had to put that key in for anything to work!
