Ange, what’s that in the 5th last photo? I’m thinking it’s a GM but how come it looks sooooo thick? Is it the chia seeds … I thought you had to soak them for them to having thickening properties like that?! xox
Its an empty GM glass turned sideways in front of a window :)

Wordless Power is powerful!!!! love the pics!!!! glad you made it for the run, always a good feel after and no regrets having done it… so much so you wonder why you had so much difficulty starting :P always my case! lol!
