Hey there!
I had such a great time on my hike today. It reached about 16C today so it was very warm and I didn’t even need a jacket! The trails were packed with lots of families hiking.
I was solo and enjoyed every minute of it. It gave me lots of time to think!
I was gone for about 1 hour and 10 mins. and I walked about 5km.
I saw some beautiful + serene falls:

The water was moving FAST…lots of snow melting lately!
Lots of hills:

Tons of mud!! I got so muddy and wet!

Falls from the other side:

I creaky, narrow bridge I walked across!

I was a brave girl! lol

The most gorgeous trees:

It was a nice change of pace!
If the weather stays nice I am going to go to a different conservation park this week!
Today I bought a year family car pass to the parks- it gets us in all 6 conservation parks unlimited amount of times for $115. It is about $13.50 for Eric and I to go once, so we will definitely get our money’s worth over the summer.
I’ve been cleaning the house since I’ve been home and I have some stuff to finish up tonight, so I need to make this short!
Tonight’s Question: What is your #1 outdoor activity?
Have a great night everyone! :)

GORGEOUS HIKE SCENERY!!!
I love hiking! Nothing better than bonding with nature. I cazn’t believe the ice in that first picture. Very cool tree!
I live very close to the Great Smokey Mountains – Appalachian Mtns. It’s still free and I’m so glad.
I also love hiking. I have become such a nature girl in the past few years. My favorite place to hike is Torry Pines State Reserve, in San Diego. The ocean views are stunning! I am kind of a timid hiker, especially going downhill when there are rocks/sand underneath me (I’d be better if I had legit hiking boots) but I still love it. Your scenery looks GORGEOUS!!
The scenery looks amazing! I also like going hiking in the nature, but I think my favorite outdoor activity is just walking in general.
Gosh, you are brave! I have a hard time walking across creaky bridges – despite how high they are.
I love hiking! That’s definitely my favorite outside activity. We have tons of hiking around here (we live right around the Appalachian Trail) and there are waterfalls about 15 minutes from my house.
I wish I could do it every day
you look so pretty and sunny :D
my fav outdoor activity is going for long walks, no i-pod, just thinking and taking in the scenery – whether city buildings or pretty lakes and forests. i also love people watching ;)
Your walk looks beautiful and so serene. I am glad you had fun! My favorite outdoor activity is probably basketball, but running and biking come close! Have a lovely night!

What a beautiful place to walk!
I love hiking when the weather permits, though I absolutely love snowshoeing!
OMG what a GORGEOUS hike! Living in Chicago makes me miss being close to the deep woods. My #1 outdoor activity is definitely hiking. I don’t always have a ton of stamina for it, but when it’s good, nothing can beat it!
How’d your injury feel? I hope you didn’t even think about it!
I know those falls!!! It’s beautiful there! :)
As for me my favourite outdoor activity is running by the Ocean!
do you live in the halton area? we drive out to those parks all the time for hiking. conservation halton/bruce trail trails are quite excellent. i wish i was a little closer though (it’s a ~ 40 minute drive from here). we do lots of spring and fall hiking. we spend the summer running and biking.
What a lovely hike :)
Great pictures! I love swimming and running outside. Swimming with the sunshine on your back is such a great feeling and running outside makes the time go by much quicker!
Amazing hike scenery! It is BEAUTIFUL!!!
I love hiking in the summer… that is definitely my fav thing to do.
Beautiful pictures. My favorite “everyday” outdoor activity is running, but snowshoeing in the winter and tubing behind a boat- or tubing down a river- in the summer are tons of fun.
I love walking! I’m pretty excited because the weather is getting better, which means more walking around :) I call it exercise in disguise. Love love love walking :D
gorgeous pics! exercising outdoors is always better than the gym!
Gorgeous pictures!
Amazing photos! I can’t believe the Toronto area looks so green and warm already. We’re only around -4 here in Winnipeg, cannot wait for warmer weather here so I can go hiking!!
