Good evening everyone!
My day has just flown by so far. I hate when Saturdays go by fast! I am stiff, stiff, stiff from my workouts today!! Especially in the shoulder. Is it weird that I am actually craving more yoga stretching??? I think I may do a bit before bed.
I cooked the most delicious dinner tonight…my kitchen look like a bomb went off, but it was honestly so so worth it. I am so excited that there are plenty of leftovers!
I will be posting a video and picture how-to in tomorrow’s post.
Here is a teaser:
A big shout out to fellow Canadian reader Julia for letting me know that Bulk Barn carries my beloved Celestial Seasonings English Toffee tea!!!
My arms could barely carry all the tea to the counter! LOL. I also tried the Vanilla Hazelnut tea.
I went up to the cashier and I exclaimed, “I’m so glad you still have some left!”
And she gave me sort of a weird look and said, “We carry this year round…”
hahaha…yes, I am a nerd! Oh well, I won’t have to go back for a while I guess. :D
I was so excited about finding this tea that I forgot all about the candy! (For those of you who don’t know, bulk barn is a huge bulk store filled to the brim with all kinds of candy and baking items)
I said to Eric, “I think this is the first time I have ever gone into Bulk Barn and not bought a piece of candy!!!”
To which he replied, “I’m sure you stole a piece??”
As promised, a Kardea Nutrition Bar review!
Up first, was the Chai Spice flavour:
It packs a great nutritional profile: 150 kcals, 7 grams protein, 7 grams of fibre
Anyways, I LOVED this bar. I loved it! I am quite critical when it comes to judging new health bars but these sure passed the test!
They were VERY chewy, sweet, and delicious. I would definitely buy these again. I just need to find out where I can buy them as I am not sure they are sold in Canada yet.
Let’s hope that Kardea Nutrition will donate some more bars for a contest giveaway on Oh She Glows!
Stay tuned tomorrow for:
- Workout wrap-up
- Special healthy dinner recipe + pictures + video
- and much more!
People spend a lifetime searching for happiness; looking for peace. They chase idle dreams, addictions, religions, even other people, hoping to fill the emptiness that plagues them. The irony is the only place they ever needed to search was within.
