This is my best resource as a new vegetarian! Every recipe is amazing. Thank you for helping me organize my pantry. I normally grab all my recipes from the internet but this book is a must own. I keep it out where I can see it for motivation.

I agree completely…this book is a MUST OWN for any new vegan/vegetarian. It’s the only one I’ve used, along with the website, for my first four months of veganism, and it’s been incredibly helpful (& tasty!) to use it. It’s really made me more comfortable with vegan substitutions, so I am able to veganize my old recipes that I used to love. It provides you with a new repertoire, while allowing you to still use the old repertoire. Love it!

Wow, this cookbook is stunning! Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but the recipes are simple and delicious. I’m not 100% vegan per se, but I enjoy vegan and mostly vegetarian dishes on a regular basis. I was beyond excited flipping through the pages- admiring the mouthwatering images and reading the fun text. This is a MUST BUY for vegans/vegetarians or those just looking to focus on clean eating. Easily the best cookbook I own :)
