Hallo! I have a rather silly question – i really want to make these but am not sure of the above info- it simply says 1 serving (based on eight). What exactly counts as 1 serving – 1 slice?
I’m trying to figure it out so I can add it to my food database for keeping track of what I eat (to steer clear of diabetes!).

Hi there, Not a silly question at all! The recipe makes a 9-inch square pan. I cut the bread into quarters and then each quarter in half to make 8 slices. Hope this helps! If you need to reduce the calories, simply reduce the pumpkin/sunflower seeds by half. Enjoy!
