Hi,
I know you get rave reviews all the time, but I still have to say that you are awesome. Love-love everything. I am obsessed with brownies and lately it’s been black bean brownies. I noticed in your blog that you’ve made black bean brownies, but I couldn’t find the recipe. I was wondering if you could send the link to the recipe. I also wanted to know if you have a banana recipe that you’d share. Lastly, do you prefer your black bean brownie or your vegan non-black bean brownie?
Thanks,
Archana Shah

Hello Angela,
Today, I came to your blog to find a banana bread recipe. I was overwhelmed by all the banana recipes, but I decided to follow a portion of your muffin bomb recipe (http://ohsheglows.com/2009/08/22/vegan-peanut-butter-banana-bomb-muffins/). The banana bread turned out better than any other banana bread recipe I have ever made. I substituted all purpose flour (2 cups), 3 frozen bananas (thawed), maple syrup and coconut-almond milk. And I left out the “bomb” part. My two girls (5 and 2) helped make it and were very happy that there were no eggs, so they could lick the batter :) I cooked it at 325F for 45 minutes. Thanks so much for sharing your recipes. We have your cookbook and many of the recipes have become favourites.
