		<description>My husband and I have done this a couple of times too! Good books always make a big impression on me and sharing them so intimately like that with someone makes for some great memories. 

P.S.  I think I&#039;ve just copied down every book recommendation on this comment feed, but I have another if you&#039;re up for one more.  I just finished Those Who Save Us by Jenna Blum.  Not exactly a light summer read, but definitely one of the best books I&#039;ve read in a loooong time. :)</description>

		<description>I would try to look for plans online and then adapt them to fit your needs. Hal Hidgon&#039;s website has good ones, although I find that I dont need to run as often as 5 days a week so I always cut mine down a bit (3-4 runnings days works best for me per week). Goodluck!</description>
