Inside my latest cookbook, you’ll find crowd-pleasing plant-based salads, satisfying toppers, bold flavour boosters, and vibrant dressings that will completely change how
you see salads.

We took a family vacation to Quebec when I was in high school. It was my pick! I studied French in high school (and college), so I thought it would be cool to go.
What a gorgeous city!
I don’t really know much about Quebec, but it is definitely on my “to visit” list now!
Oh my gosh I’ve never been to Montreal but now I REALLY want to go, it looks SOOOO beautiful!

Oh my gosh, I went to Old Quebec City for a field trip in the 8th grade, which makes it…17 years ago??? OMG I’m old now! Anyways, obviously I need to go back because it’s sooo beautiful!
So beautiful! I love how old world it looks! I thought places like that only existed in Europe. I need to plan myself a trip to Canada!
I LOVE that bathroom sign. Priceless!
Ive always wanted to see Quebec. Both my parents have traveled there when they were younger and they both loved it.
C’est comme une petite Paris :)
Gorgeous pictures. I might have to make a trip to Quebec!
Wow! That looks so amazing! I’ve never been to Quebec, I’ll have to put that on my list of places to travel to!
How pretty! I went there about 5 years ago and loved it:)
I loved Quebec when I went there on a school trip on 8th grade. My fiance was also on that trip (obviously not my fiance at the time!) so we have all these picture of our 13 year old selves in Quebec. I would love to go back!
BEAUTIFUL! I’d love to visit someday!
We stopped there for a day during a month-long class of studing the geology of eastern Canada. I absolutely loved it there, so beautiful! I remeber we ate at a place that had belly dancers come out during dinner and the boys couldn’t stop talking about it the rest of the trip;)
I love the little street in the 5th picture. It looks like someplace I’d just want to hang out in all day!
Happy weekend!
Such a gorgeous city!!!
Amazing, you would think you were in Europe.
My parents went to Quebec when they were visiting us while we lived in Buffalo I wish we would have gone. Looks beautiful.
I LOVE these 1,000 word posts. I had never even considered going to Quebec but looking at these pictures I might have to add it to my list of places to visit.
My sister went to Quebec City when she finished high school on her way to Montreal. 10 years later and she’s still there – never made it Montreal! :P I hope she never leaves, I love being able to visit her there :) Beautiful photos!
