Try making it in a springform pan, you can use a parchment circle if you want to be double sure but you probably won’t need it. After you pour the chocolate on (but before the freezer) when it is just starting to set, use a knife to score the chocolate. It will be super easy to cut this way. two wedges of this dessert wrapped up together would look very nice and martha-ey. Hope this helps
