Did you transition into it or just give up all meat and related products at one time. Did you ever go through a period of time you craved diary/eggs? Since becoming vegan do you feel a change in your health over what you feel you would experience eating a regular but non-vegan diet? Sorry for all the questions you don't need to respond since I know your busy but maybe a topic for a future post or you could direct me to a post you have done that you talk about this.
