		<description>I&#039;ve been on vacation, but I&#039;m back and joining in on the SGBC fun!

A tip for those of us with a sweet tooth...when I&#039;m meal planning, I always plan in a little sweet dessert at the end of the day.  Something around 150 calories or less. It&#039;s a nice treat at the end of the day and keeps me from going overboard at other times during the day.</description>

My tip was going to be: Let your face breath - go without makeup, but then I saw you actually did a post on that very subject.  I never wear makeup, my sis won&#039;t go without it.  Once I convinced her to cut back, her skin actually improved since it was able to breath.</description>
