I am my happiest when I am away from the distractions of life. Mainly I am the happiest when I am away from the TV, the computer and the phone. I love going running on a trail where I am all by myself with no outside distrations. It is the same feeling I have when I am on vacation...especially out of the country where my phone doesn't work. Where there really is nothing else to do but to enjoy the people you are with and the natural surroundings you are in. I love just making myself truly live in the moment and eliminate any outside distraction.
