I just wanted to drop you a note to say I LOVE reading your blog! I have become an addict of the smoothie's now as well - thanks to you! But, in addition to the Almond Breeze, I put a cup of Activia yogurt (vanilla, peach or strawberry) along with the ground flax seed, fruit and spinich. It not only fills you up, but keeps you right on the mark. Daily. =). You had asked one time how do you get your man to drink it? I started without the spinich so it looked like a regular shake, which he LOVED. Then I incorporated all the extra's flax seed, spirulina and spinich...First you get them hooked, THEN you change it up! He now makes them for us in the morning before work so we can start the morning healthy!
Keep up the GREAT work! You are truely an inspiration!

Those green pancakes look awesome. By the way I tried out some of your recipes this week. Tuesday night I made a batch of raw chocolate chip cookies. They were a hit with everyone. And yesterday I used your recipe for spelt tortillas, but with wheat flour bc that's what I had. I never realized how easy it was to make these- and I love wraps. Thanks Angela.
